John
J. Guy was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a
founding partner of Guy and Lammert.
John J. Guy has concentrated his practice in the field
of bankruptcy and insolvency law since his admission to
the bar in 1970. He represents both debtors and
creditors in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings with
concentration in small business reorganizations.
Mr. Guy has also acted as a State Court Receiver for
numerous businesses throughout Northeastern Ohio
including manufacturing organizations, apartment
complexes, hotels and commercial shopping centers.
